Announcement and Call for Papers, European Values Workshop, Bilbao, 19-22 October 2010

The European Values Study and Deusto University organize a workshop in Bilbao. The workshop will start on Tuesday morning October 19, and closes on Friday October 22 at 12.00. The program will focus on comparative studies and multilevel analysis.

Two categories of social scientists can apply for the workshop:
(1) National program directors or their representatives (one per country).
(2) Other social scientists who use the EVS data.

Special attention will be given to comparative studies based on the 2008 wave. The first release of the EVS 2008 wave is now available; see data and downloads.

The organization covers the hotel costs for 4 nights (arrivals on October 18; departures on October 22) for participants who are accepted to the workshop. Deusto University covers the costs of the workshop, the catering during the workshop and the conference dinner on Thursday. Travel expenses and the other dinners are not covered.
